WHAT TO EXPECT

Clothing

Proper attire plays a key role in the effectiveness of EMS training. Upon arrival, clients are provided with a breathable workout outfit specifically designed to enhance the transmission of electrical impulses to the muscles. This outfit is adjustable to suit all body types. Its primary function is to secure and maintain the correct positioning of electrodes throughout the session, ensuring optimal performance and comfort during training.

Prep

Once the breathable suit is in place, the electrodes are dampened to ensure effective conductivity. This step is essential—without moisture, the outer layer of the skin cannot properly conduct electrical impulses. After the electrodes are prepared, the warm-up phase of the EMS session begins.

Workout!

With the suit fully prepared, the EMS workout can begin. Each session starts with a brief test phase, allowing the instructor to introduce the sensations of EMS and fine-tune intensity levels to suit individual needs. Following this, the main workout begins—an engaging, instructor-led, low-impact routine that may include movements such as squats, lunges, curls, and more.

  • The voltage is too low for someone to get an electrical shock. Max is 0.05 Watts RMS.

  • We have all the items you will need so just show up!

  • It’s recommended that you came with something on your stomach or to eat protein immediately following. Of course, for stomach discomfort you might want to wait at least 30 mins before doing your session.

  • In order for the electrodes to communicate well the area will need to be dampened. But don’t worry, that is why we provide a workout suit!

  • During the workout, the trainer is guiding you on what variation of exercises you will be doing. These could be lunges, squats, curls, etc.

  • Anyone! No matter what age group you are or what your fitness goal is, e-fit is a great way to improve mobility, increase muscle, or stay in shape.
